We can accommodate this with the following cancellation fees: - Cancellation 5 days or more before the shoot: 0% - Cancellation 1-4 days prior to the shoot or on the shoot day: 100% However, we will waive the fee to cancel if the reason is due to heavy rain, as determined by our photographers.

Rescheduling is ONLY possible IF you notify us at least 5 days prior to your photoshoot, and if your photographer is available on the new date. If the photographer is unavailable, we'll do our best to find a suitable replacement, but if we can't, you'll have to cancel.

Now, we only accept cash(JPY or USD), we're so sorry for inconvenience.. Please make a payment when you meet your photographer.

If you're late, your shooting time will be reduced. Notify the photographer of any delays to forestall cancellation. The session will be canceled without refund if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.
